Many pet owners are surprised to find that many of our prices for pet care products are cheaper than pet shops, Pet Stocks and produce agencies. This is because we carry these products as a convenience and a service to you, our clients - not as our sole source of income. We believe in only stocking quality products that we would use on our own pets - and we offer them to you at an affordable price by following the manufacturer's pricing recommendations. Compare our prices - you'll get a pleasant surprise!

We also offer something that few pet shops, Pet Stocks or produce agencies can offer - trained and experienced staff who can answer your questions and give you the best solution for your pet's needs. Our nurses are intensively trained in the use of these products and, if they are confronted with something outside their experience, they have one of Toowoomba's most experienced and qualified vets available to answer your questions.

As an added convenience for our clients we offer a delivery service. For as little as $10, you can have your pet's requirements delivered to your door. Simply call or fax us, pay by credit card, and your purchase will be delivered within 48 hours.

Please note: We are prevented by Queensland and Australian law from selling you antibiotics and other prescription drugs if we have not recently seen your pet for the condition the drugs are needed for. We simply cannot break this law to save you a consultation fee - please do not ask us to do so.
